Technology: The aim is to create a grounding of ESP language with respect to communication skills, i.e. reading, writing, speaking and listening with the output level B1-B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Summary

Technology: The instruction focuses on managing vocabulary, grammar a phrases within the set range and preparing for presentation. A student will be able to discuss about basic terminology of military technology, about electrical circuits, he manages to create structural curriculum vitae, a motivational letter and give a presentation on the set technical topic.

Other requirements

Active participation during tutorials, the completion of assigned written and oral tasks, chosen chapters from Technology 1, translation of technical texts. 80% attendance, min. test result: 65%. Students are required to translate the given texts and learn new vocabulary based on them. Students will master both vocabulary and knowledge needed for their future careers. Teachers will check the progress by tests.
