Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To explain the importance of some physiological processes of the human body in respect to physical exercises. 2. To explain the principle of thermo-regulation as the response of an organism to physical strain. 3. To explain the course of response of a human body to physical strain. 4. To set the limiting factors of physical performance. 5. To interpret the effects of physical exercises in respect to the physiological functions of a human body.
