1. To transform the principles of general psychology into the psychology of physical culture.
2. To acquaint students with psychological processes in the sphere of physical education and sports.
3. To acquaint students with the psychological analysis of sports activities.
4. To set the basic aspects of the psychology of performance and the psychology of sports preparation.
