1. To transform the principles of general psychology into the psychology of physical culture. 2. To acquaint students with psychological processes in the sphere of physical education and sports. 3. To acquaint students with the psychological analysis of sports activities. 4. To set the basic aspects of the psychology of performance and the psychology of sports preparation.

Outline of the subject: 1.Introduction to the subject of psychology of physical culture – introduction to the issue, the basic objectives and tasks. 2.The characteristics, scope, progress and methods of psychology of physical culture and sport. 3.Basic concepts of General Psychology, and their application in the psychology of physical culture and sport. 4.The psychology of personality structure and dynamics. 5.Body language, psychosomatic status. 6.Psychological processes in the psychology of physical education and sport. 7.Psychological analysis of sports and body education activities. 8.Psychomotor learning. 9.Social learning and its context in the psychology of physical education and sport. 10.The social role of the typical for the sport. 11.Performance psychology. 12.Psychological preparation of sports. 13.Regulation of psychic processes and conditions. 14.Psychology coach Manager.
