Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To explain students the importance of sports training for achieving sports results. 2. To acquaint students with the basic locomotive powers of a human being (force, speed, persistence, prowess, mobility). 3. To set phases of sports training and the principles of conducting it. 4. To explain the importance and composition of a basic training unit in the training process of a sportsman.
