Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. To define the basic kinantropologic terms.
2. To acquaint students with the system of physical culture in the Czech Republic.
3. To explain the relationships of the individual components of physical activities.
4. To learn how to be well informed about the current problems of the today’s physical education viewed as a science.
Teaching methods
Summary
Výuka předmětu je zaměřena na základní problémy tělesné kultury, to znamená na pochopení významu tělocvičného pohybu pro život člověka a pochopení tělesné kultury jako sociokulturního systému, jeho funkcí a vztahů v komplexu společenského systému. Studenti mají získat komplexní pohled na systém tělesné kultury, jeho strukturu, subsystémy a základní interakce mezi nimi. Měli by pochopit podíl tělesné kultury na zkvalitnění života společnosti, tvorbě osobnosti, systému životních hodnot a ideí a na tvorbě a kvalitě sociálních vztahů.
