Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. To acquaint students with physical recreation as one of the subsystems of Physical Culture, its history and institutional support.
2. To explain students the current possibilities of the organization of leisure time; to make them familiar with the fundamentals of the pedagogy of leisure time and the pedagogy of experiences.
3. To explain students the forms and means of physical recreation, its material and spatial conditions.
4. To make students familiar with the structure of locomotive abilities by means of testing fitness in physical recreation and creating recreational fitness programs.

The student demonstrates knowledge of leisure time activities, he focuses on the importance of recreational sport in creating a healthy lifestyle.
