Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with basic issues and themes from the field of sports training.
2. Knowledge about methods, forms and means of sports training will be presented to students with the aim of transferring them to the practical level. 3. Students will be acquainted with principles of versatile and special development, components of sports training and basic methods of development of physical abilities and skills.
4. Upon completion of the course the students are well informed about the issues of sports training, training process, sporting techniques, tactics and physical load and loading, including the specifics of sports training of youth. 5. Those who completed the subject should be able to apply practical handling of the training load, including practical application of the knowledge gained in the subject.
