1. Develop movement literacy by identifying and correcting bad movement stereotypes. 2. Understand the individual functions of the muscular system. 3. Creating a wide range of training exercises. Emphasis is placed on good practice and technical implementation but also on a number of less important activities that are necessary for the support and development of health. 4. The subject is suitable for both men and women.

Summary

The aim of the course is to develop movement literacy by identifying and correcting bad movement stereotypes, understanding the individual functions of the muscular system and creating a wide range of training exercises. Emphasis is placed on good practice and technical implementation but also on a number of less important activities that are necessary for the support and development of health. The subject is suitable for both men and women.

Subject syllabus:

Audience has the choice of various sports offered by the Department of Physical Education and Sport, e.g. badminton,martial arts, florbal, futsal, handball, rock-climbing, yoga, jogging, music fitness exercise, fitness body building, ice hockey, swimming, table tennis, tennis, voleyball, relaxation, expressive dance. Education of individual sports is aimed at rising stamina, familiarization of sport methodology, tactics, rules and improvement in practical activities - evolution of special physical skills for the apropriate sport discipline. The head of Deparment of Physical Education and Sport will select 1 sport in winter semester and 1 sport in summer semester according to the personal and material situation and the interest from audience.
