Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Develop movement literacy by identifying and correcting bad movement stereotypes.
2. Understand the individual functions of the muscular system.
3. Creating a wide range of training exercises. Emphasis is placed on good practice and technical implementation but also on a number of less important activities that are necessary for the support and development of health.
4. The subject is suitable for both men and women.

Summary
The aim of the course is to develop movement literacy by identifying and correcting bad movement stereotypes, understanding the individual functions of the muscular system and creating a wide range of training exercises. 1. Familiarization with health and safety in sport.
2. Principles of good warming up before physical activity.
3. The training methodology chosen sport.
4. Familiarization with the competition rules of the selected sport.
5. Practicing proper technique chosen sport.
6. Development dexterity skills with the needs of a selected sport.
7. Mastering the tactics chosen sport.
8. Increasing physical condition to meet the needs of the selected sport.
9. Cooperation within the sports team.
10. Principles of healthy nutrition.
11. Principles of a healthy lifestyle.
12. Health impact of physical recreation.
13. Competition in selected sports.
