Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Through experiential learning to develop physical skills and motor skills. -- to acquaint students with the safety regulations on movement and residence in the nature and patterns of survival in summer nature. - to prepare students for acute first aid.

Movement and stay in summer nature with an emphasis on developing a sense of belonging from teamwork through team and management games called Outdoor Management Training. Through experiential pedagogy, develop physical skills and motor skills to change lifestyle with respect to current issues in society (overweight, immobility, cardiovascular syndrome). To make students familiar with the safety rules of movement and stay in nature and the survival patterns in summer nature. Prepare students for emergency first aid. Knowledge Students demonstrate the knowledge of the principles of safe stay and health during the summer nature, knowledge of summer orientation and team cooperation principles. Skills Students will be able to cope with the summer nature, they will be able to use the team co-operation while mastering the basic physical skills and the corresponding level of development of physical abilities.

Other requirements

Student must accepted the regulations of stay in nature. The student demonstrates the knowledge of the rules of the given sport, he focuses on the importance of sport in creating a healthy lifestyle.

1. Basic skills of camping 2. Safe navigation rules 3. Rescue activities in water activities 4. Water sports equipment and accessories 5. Introduction to mileage and river complexity 6. Introduction to basic navigational skills 7. Application of basic skills in the field of navigation in practice 8. Difference between racing and recreational white water 9. Rules of stay in summer nature 10. Theory and practice of tourism 11. Overnight stays in the wild 12. Games for Teamwork Development (Game Management) 13. Contact Games (Icebreakers) 14. Theory and practice of the basics of orientation
