Students must demonstrate their ability to understand the fundamental issues of the course and meet the credit conditions. The student demonstrates the knowledge of the rules of the given sport, he focuses on the importance of sport in creating a healthy lifestyle.

Subject syllabus:

1. Familiarization with health and safety in sport. 2. Principles of good warming up before physical activity. 3. The training methodology of chosen sport. 4. Familiarization with the competition rules of the selected sport. 5. Practicing proper technique chosen sport. 6. Development dexterity skills with the needs of a selected sport. 7. Mastering the tactics chosen sport. 8. Increasing physical condition to meet the needs of the selected sport. 9. Cooperation within the sports team. 10. Principles of healthy nutrition. 11. Principles of a healthy lifestyle. 12. Health impact of physical recreation. 13. Competition in selected sports. 14. Principles of proper stretching after physical activity.
