Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. Learning outcomes of the course unit the aim of the subject is to increase the physical fitness of students through a variety of summer activities such as hiking, cycling, aerobics, sports games, water tourism, canoeing, outdoor activities and games. 2. It develops motor skills and abilities in learners, empowers joint feelings and shows common team activities and shows the possibilities of team collaboration. 3. They will familiarize listeners with safety regulations and health protection while staying in summer. It provides information about healthy nutrition, principles of healthy lifestyle, gymnastic recreation, and the social significance of sport.

1. Basic camping skills 2. Safe boating rules 3. Rescue operation in whitewater activities 4. Water sports equipment and accessories 5. Introduction to the kilometer scale and complexity of the rivers 6. Introduction to basic boating skills 7. Application of basic boating skills in practice 8. The difference between racing and recreational whitewater sport 9. The stay rules in summer nature 10. Theory and practice of tourism 11. Overnight stay in the wild 12.
