Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. The aim of the course is to acquaint the listener with practically the basics of downhill skiing and snowboarding.
2. The basics of cross-country skiing and safe movement in winter nature.
3. In theory, listeners are familiar with news in the field of ski equipment, equipment, lubrication, maintenance of downhill and cross-country skis, snowboards.
