Teaching methods
Summary
Surfaces of rotation, tangent plane, section of plane and surfaces. Quadrics of
rotation, section of plane and quadrics. One-sheet hyperboloid of rotation.
Intersections of quadrics of rotation. Circular helix: definition, moving
trihedron, leading cone of tangents. Spiral surfaces: describing,
classification, properties. Principles of the plane kinematical geometry:
evolute, involute, cycloids
