• to train development of space abilities • to handle by different types of projection methods, to understand to their principles, to be familiar with their properties, advantages and disadvantages • to acquaint with geometric characteristics of curves and surfaces that are used in technical practice of a given specialization

Summary

To studies there are accepted students from different types of secondary school, on which there is dissimilar content and extent of teaching geometry. Also students’ knowledge is on greatly different level. Thereby in the first term of studies it was established the subject Base of constructive geometry and its destination is to repeat basic concepts of secondary school plane and solid geometry, to develop three-dimensional imagination and try to get students’ level on certain basic standard, which is indispensable to other successful study. Within framework of project Study support with weight of prevail distant elements for subjects of theoretical study base there were created interactive study materials for this subject, whose performance is object of this contribution

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

zápočet Účast ve cvičení je povinná, 20 % neúčasti lze omluvit. Absolvování závěrečného testu, za který je nutno získat minimálně 25 b. (ze 100 b. možných).

Subject syllabus:

Exercise: 1. Introduction to plane geometry- basic geometric elements 2. Geometrical mappings –reflections , rotations, translations, dilations. A locus problems. 3. Circle – problems on circles, tangent 4. Stereometry 5. Axial affinity 6. Affinity between two planes – solid section 7. Final test
