Summary

Cílem laboratorních cvičení je získání praktických dovedností v oblasti optických spektroskopií. Bude využito výzkumných spektroskopických laboratoří a speciálních studentských laboratoří optické spektroskopie. Nedílnou součástí bude získávání schopností efektivně zpracovávat naměřená data.

Subject syllabus:

The content of laboratory exercises: - Calibration of monochromator components and spectrometers. - Spectroscopic reflectometry and transmission in the visible and near infrared region. - Spectral interferometry in white light. - Optical spectroscopic ellipsometry. - Magneto-optical spectral ellipsometry. - FTIR spectroscopy in the mid-infrared region. - ATR spectrometry
