Absolvent se seznámí s experimentálními metodami studia nanomateriálů, jejich struktury a chemického složení.

Teaching methods

Summary

V předmětu si studenti prakticky vyzkouší různé experimentální techniky pro studium nanomate-riálů z oblasti difrakčních technik, fázové analýzy, mikroanalýzy SEM-EDX, RTG fluorescenční spektroskopie a AFM mikroskopie.
