Upon the successful completion of the course, students will be able to: • Actively use basic concepts in the field of chemical kinetics, • Mathematically describe kinetic models and solve them, • Independently extend the knowledge acquired in the field of study.

1. Mathematical Apparatus of Chemical Kinetics (ordinary differential equations and their systems) 2. Basic Concepts – Reaction Rate, Reaction Mechanism, Reaction Order 3. Elementary Reactions 4. Simultaneous Reactions 5. Stationary Solution and Its Stability 6. Potential Energy Surface and its Link to Kinetic Reaction 7. Modelling of Elementary Processes in Gas, basics of Scattering Theory 8. Nonadiabatic Molecular Dynamics 9. Adsorption 10. Inhomogeneous Reaction
