Všechny požadované dokumenty musí být naskenovány nebo nafoceny v dobře čitelné kvalitě a musí obsahovat všechny stránky. U uchazečů, kteří řádně podali přihlášku se všemi požadovanými dokumenty, bude o jejich přijetí rozhodnuto na základě přijímací zkoušky, která je nezbytnou podmínkou přijetí uchazeče ke studiu. Přijímací zkoušky realizují přijímací komise, jmenované děkankou fakulty mohou být jmenovány i společné pro více studijních programů. Podstatou přijímacího řízení je komplexní posouzení předpokladů uchazeče o studium doktorského studijního programu a předpokladů k řešení zvoleného tématu disertační práce. Přijímací komise posoudí dosažené výsledky v (navazujícím) magisterském studiu a odborné znalosti ve vztahu ke zvolenému studijnímu programu a rámcovému tématu. Posouzení probíhá na základě doložených podkladů, tj. aritmetického průměru, životopisu, soupisu publikovaných i nepublikovaných prací ev. dalších dokladů a na základě přijímacího pohovoru s uchazečem. Prezentaci k řešení zvoleného tématu disertační práce v délce do 5 minut si uchazeč předem připraví v PowerPointu a zašle v termínu stanoveném v pozvánce k přijímacímu pohovoru emailem na adresu studijni.hgf@vsb.cz nebo dodá ve stejném termínu na studijní oddělení na elektronickém nosiči dat.
